Job Description:
United Site Services, Inc., a national leader in portable
sanitation and site solutions, seeks an experienced and driven
Territory Rep to join our dynamic sales team. This role is
instrumental in driving business growth through the acquisition of
new clients and retention of existing accounts within a designated
area. Our solutions, including portable toilets, restroom trailers,
and temporary fencing are vital across various industries, making
this role crucial to maintaining the hygiene and sanity standards
in outdoor or temporary venues across the U.S. Develop and execute
strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer
base within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat
business. Effectively communicate the value proposition through
proposals and presentations. Identify emerging markets and market
shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive
status. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term
success. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize
profits. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other
departments. Analyze market trends and sales performance to ensure
appropriate sales strategies are in place. Provide accurate revenue
forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Strong verbal and
written communication skills. Proven ability to drive the sales
process from plan to close. Excellent negotiation and presentation
abilities. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Ability to
work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Proficiency
in CRM software and sales management tools. Relevant sales
certification(s) such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
or Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) is a plus.
