Office ManagerWe are a premium custom rifle manufacturer in need of an Office Manager, we manufacture top-of-the-line bolt action rifles and carbon fiber stocks and have the only guarantee of its kind in the industry.   • Responsible for AP/AR, management, and analysis of general ledger accounts and reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Setup new vendors and suppliers to include credit terms
  • Prepare weekly reports and participate in weekly staff meetings
  • Monitor, manage and report on cash position daily/weekly
  • Manages the company's day-to-day purchasing activities ensuring Company performance standards are met
  • Creates, monitors and maintains the tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Analyzes historical data of materials and parts creating spread sheets for standardizing buying
  • Negotiates with vendors to reduce cost of new and existing items
  • Manages inventory levels on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ensures internal documentation and system procedures are timely and accurately completed
  • Responds to internal turnaround time goals, customer expectations, and customer feedbackOffice Manager Qualifications/Skills:
    • QuickBooks experience a must
    • Good phone etiquette
    • Microsoft Office experienceOffice Manager Compensation: $18-$25 per hour depending on experience. Medical, dental, 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of accrued personal time off available.
