Job Description:

This is for a new restaurant opening in downtown Boise, Idaho. -
Target start date for this position is early April. -
Salary up to $65,000 with a 10% bonus structure. -
We are a growing company and opportunities for advancement are available after successful first year of restaurant operation. -
Conversational Spanish preferred.

Sous Chef
The Sous Chef at -Percy -supports the CDC in the operation of the back of the house: financial, personnel, customer service, food quality, safety, and leadership development. In order to be successful in these responsibilities, the Sous Chef must love the restaurant business, exude the core values, and lead with heart and humor. - -

Essential Functions
Constantly moves within the restaurant sales floor and kitchenConstantly works with kitchen equipment and toolsFrequently operates computers, phones, tablets and POS systemOccasionally positions self to clean under counters and inside equipmentConstantly communicates with staff -Constantly monitors food quality for taste and visual presentation -Frequently moves products weighing up to 50lbsFrequently works in varied temperature conditions
