Job Description:

An accounting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Payroll Manager in San Francisco.

Must be able to:
Provide guidance and supervise the day-to-day activities
Review and approve the U.S. semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees
Maintain a complete understanding of all federal/state wage and hour laws related to payroll
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll processing work experience
Minimum 7+ years of payroll experience at a high-growth tech company
3+ years of managerial experiences highly desirable
Must have recent public company experience with RSU, ESPP, Stock Option payroll processing
Strong people/leadership skills required
